Compassionate Health-Focused Hypnosis Practice
Think better. Feel better. Live better… at Thrive With Hypnosis
What is Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation and focused concentration. During hypnosis, you are deeply relaxed and can bypass the criticizing part of your mind. You can choose new ways of thinking and doing things while your conscious mind is quieted. Tap into the part of your brain where your thoughts, beliefs, perceptions, sensations, emotions, and behaviors originate.
In this state, you are more open to gentle guidance from your hypnotist to help you modify or replace the self-defeating thoughts or beliefs that are driving your current unwanted behavior and discomfort. It is a process through which you can let yourself accept a desired change in thoughts and behavioral patterns.

“I experienced pain relief after the first hypnosis session with Debra. I was initially hesitant to try hypnosis but had tried everything else with little relief over several years. Debra put me at ease right away and ensured I felt comfortable and relaxed. She explained the process thoroughly in language I understood.
I appreciated that Debra took the time to listen to my history of when I didn’t feel pain years ago, what that was like and when I first started feeling chronic back pain. She then incorporated my words into the session which was helpful for me. I am so appreciative of the immediate relief. She also created an audio self-hypnosis for me to use at home that is specific to my situation. I highly recommend Debra if you are seeking relaxation and immediate pain relief. “
