The Thrive With Hypnosis practice is about you and ensuring that each session is individualized, with a focus on your needs and goals. The founder, Debra Raftery, MA, CCH, personally prepares your sessions based on an in-depth conversation about your desired change and related factors, as well as completion of new client questionnaires to learn about your specific needs. Debra also teaches clients self-hypnosis, so you are empowered to practice and reinforce suggestions for desired change.
Thrive With Hypnosis offers a free consultation and hypnotic assessment to ensure that hypnosis will be a helpful tool for you to meet your goals.

About Debra Raftery, MA, CCH
Debra Raftery, MA, Certified Consulting Hypnotist (CCH) is the owner of Thrive With Hypnosis LLC, and offers hypnosis services to help people make positive changes in their lives through the power of their mind.
Having personally experienced life changing benefits from hypnosis for weight loss and pain management during cancer treatment, Debra is committed to helping each client use hypnosis to achieve their goals. Goals may include eliminating self-defeating habits such as smoking/vaping, over eating or procrastination, stress reduction, reducing physical discomfort, preparing for surgical procedures, eliminating fears, and improving academic or work performance to create lasting change.
Debra is certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists, and has a Master’s Degree in Psychology with over 30 years behavioral health and human services experience. The Thrive With Hypnosis practice abides by the National Guild of Hypnotist’s Code of Ethics and the laws of New York State.
